About Rich Clewell
As the hours turn to days, turn to years, there is a seamless ebb and flow of energy that exhibits itself in the outpourings of nature. Here in the Midwest we are blessed with seasonal vicissitudes of weather. As boring as Iowa scenery sometimes seems to be I look back to the words of young Anne Frank who was quoted, "Think of all the beauty left all around you and be happy." And so I have stalked the well-trodden path but looked closely for the beauty...the happiness. Ambience matters...most of my photos are taken in almost reverential silence.
