Here in the Midwest we are blessed with seasonal vicissitudes of weather. As boring as Iowa scenery sometimes seems to be I look back to the words of young Anne Frank who was quoted, "Think of all the beauty left all around you and be happy." And so I have stalked the well-trodden path but looked closely for the beauty...the happiness. Ambience matters...most of my photos are taken in almost reverential silence.
